  My family and I were in the mood for burgers and soup to go. My husband's got their double double burger with cheese fries while I shared a lentil soup with our little 7 month old daughter. All of us love the food and felt perfectly satisfied. The little one didn't believe me when I said there was no more so I let her explore the container.
  
  While waiting for food the staff was really nice to our daughter. We appreciate their family friendly personality especially on a weekday evening when there were no other children/ infants around.

  Beware...don't go here if you want edible food. We spent $37 on ONE burger (no fries) and ONE shake...
  1. We ordered a chipotle burger. They asked how we wanted our meat cooked. We told them medium rare. It came out extra well done. Why ask us how we want to cooked if you only cook it one way? It was awful and dry. No flavor. Couldn't taste the chipotle, perhaps it was overpowered by the burnt meat.
  2. Asked for 2 waters. Had to ask 3 times before we got said waters. Waitress came back with two waters bottles. Seriously going to tell me I have to pay for water at a burger joint in BK? $3 for water.
  3. Ordered spicy Thai wings. Being Pakistani and Italian, we can definitely handle spice. These wings however were inedible. We had one bite, and our mouth were on fire. They over did it on the spice. Waitress saw we didn't eat the wings, we told her they were too spicy. No apology. No choice of another flavor. No refund. Had to pay $10 for garbage.
  4. The shake was literally the only good thing. And good thing we had it after those inedible wings.
  
  What a joke of an establishment. They will probably not exist in a few months.

  This is my third time eating at My House. Ana is very pleasant (and guys, she's GORGEOUS!). I never know exactly what I want, but Ana offers information to help me with my order.
  
  The place is small, but always clean and comfortable.  I will visit again when I'm in Sheepshead Bay.
  
  I am so disappointed and disgusted by my experience today at this restaurant. Previously I only had good things to say, but I don't know what's going on with them to date. The girl that served me needs to learn about customer service.
  
  First, she brings me a can of soda without a straw. I had to get up and go ask for one. Then my order comes and I noticed she wasn't listening to it because I asked for cheese fries, but they were playing. That seemed to bother her that I pointed this out. Then I'm charged two dollars for cheese, but had to trash them because shit was falling off the ceiling fan on my food.
  
  Seven dollars for frozen and fried chicken nuggets is absurd. I may as well have gone to the supermarket and bought a bag of frozen ass chicken nuggets, which would have been cheaper. My sweetheart of a waitress selected the sauces for me, and I got up again to ask for what I wanted opposed to what she chose for me.
  
  When I collected my bill, I was still charged for the fries that she threw in the garbage because there were flecks of whatever on them that she said came from the ceiling fan. Initially when I pointed out that there was a foreign object in my food, she tried to downplay it and say oh it's just from the fan and I had to insist that I was not going to eat that.
  WTF?!
  
  So, sweetie pie removes the fries but leaves the charge for the cheese on which I had to say to her needs to be removed. Plus, there is an automaticService charge??? Never again!

  Burgers are so delicious!! Also they have best at hookah! Hookah guy is so frıendly...Everyone should visit and try their delicious burger sooo fresh.

  Never had a problem before until today 7-15-19 had a disappointing lunch which was  late for an hour and half, had their  falafel burger which wasn't fully  cooked ( very wattery and moist  falafel half way of the burger , but they send me free baklava for being late i assume which i didnt need it ?! I think this place started neglecting and paying less  attention to the food!!!  Please Management fix this issue !!! before you loose other customers. THERE ARE OTHER BURGER PLACES BETTER which will be on my menu from now on.SORRY " MY HOUSE BURGER"  YOU JUST  LOST ONE OF YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS !!!
